(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health check–ups service to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.• Provide employees, both commissioned and professional staff, with tools to manage their response to stress and trauma• The checkup will provide officers with stress reduction strategies. If an officer needs more assistance, the counselor can provide referral(s), or the officer can enroll as a patient with the counselor and pursue more treatment through their health plan.• Provide normalize mental health services and reduce stigma and introduce officers to available resources• This will include team assignments, allocations of resources and a project schedule with completion dates for elements of work and deliverables.• Police employees will schedule their checkup independently, without departmentinvolvement, to maintain confidentiality(2) The contract period will be for one year.
