Financial Advisory Services

Leon County Government “County” is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of Financial Advisory services to assist the County in the development and implementation of various debt strategies to meet the County's capital financing needs. Based upon review and consideration by the Selection Committee, the County will select the firm whose proposal is most responsive to the Request for Proposals (the RFP) and in the best interest of the County. Proposals for joint venture arrangements will not be considered. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP must conform to the parameters requested and provide sufficient detail and information to support a complete evaluation of the qualifications of the proposer. "Responsible bidder" means a person who has the capability, in all respects, to perform fully the contract requirements, and the integrity and reliability, which will assure good faith performance. "Responsive bidder" means a person who has a submitted bid, which conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals.
