(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, hosting and migration service using content management system.– Redesign, develop, and implement a modern, user–friendly website that effectively communicates agency information, programs, services, and public meeting materials to a variety of audiences.– The selected consultant shall provide all professional services necessary to assess, design, develop, implement, and launch the new website.– Develop and configure the website platform and content management system.– Ensure compatibility across major browsers and devices.– Be optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.– Provide a modern, professional, and responsive design suitable for desktop and mobile devices.– Enhance accessibility and maintain compliance with current Americans with disabilities act (ADA) requirements and web accessibility standards.– Allow agency staff to efficiently maintain and update website content.– Support public engagement and communication efforts.– Simplify content management and website administration for staff.– Develop a strategy for migrating existing website content.– Design and develop the website in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements and industry standards.– Assist with website deployment and launch.– Recommend options for ongoing maintenance, support, hosting, and future enhancements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
