Cafeteria Disposable Trays

The specifications contained herein are intended to cover the furnishing and delivery of food and/or supplies to Montgomery County Public Schools’ (MCPS), Department of Food and Nutrition Services Warehouse, hereafter referred to as DFNS located at 8401 Turkey Thicket Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. The IFB contains item specifications for disposable cafeteria trays to support efficient meal distribution while maintaining food safety and operational standards. Total volume of purchases for cafeteria trays is approximately 32,000 cases (400 count/case) annually. DFNS intends to transition from a 1-compartment tray to a 3-compartment tray during the first 12 months post award.
