This project seeks experienced and qualified contractors to carry out comprehensive renovations and improvements for the Maria E. Cantillo property at 481 W 29 Pl, Hialeah FL 33012. The scope of work includes shingle and flat roof replacement, new rain gutter system, windows and door replacement with impact-resistant product, entry and sidewalk tile floor replacement, HVAC equipment replacement, HVAC AC duct replacement, exterior painting, and metal terrace pressure cleaning.
