(1) Vendor needs to provide roof coating services to the government authority located in Geneva, IL.– Supply and installation of a fully restorative roof coating, including meeting all applicable manufacturer’s requirements for surface cleaning, preparation, and application/installation processes to provide a minimum 10–year manufacturers’ warranty for the product submitted by the bidder. – The existing roofing system is a modified bitumen membrane that is past it’s life with about 2” of rigid foam insulation over a wood frame deck.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
