EXTRA-77445 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Access Management Plan Service - Deadline November 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide access management plan service to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. – The development of the access management plan shall be conducted in accordance with the Department’s State Access Management Manual and will need to address the following:• Identification of existing and future access locations and spacing• Access–related roadway design elements including access points that are to be modified and reconstructed, relocated, removed, consolidated, added, or remain in place.• Identification of context appropriate access–related intersection control measures• Consideration of the currently planned transportation infrastructure system, planning documents from NMDOT and local public agencies, and projects currently under development• Analysis of existing and future traffic operations and identification of deceleration lanes• Develop the plan in cooperation with local agencies, obtaining formal concurrence and adoption of the plan.• Information gathering including inventory of existing access points, driveways, intersections, median openings, and deceleration lanes;• Consider accommodation of transportation modes in existing and future conditions;• Assessment of access spacing;• Determination of traffic volumes with vehicle classifications of the corridor to include counts;• Detailed inventory of traffic operations utilizing appropriate analysis methods;• Detailed inventory of traffic speed statistics and speed study findings of the corridor;• Agency, stakeholder and property owner coordination;• Scheduling and conducting Project Kick–off and Stakeholder meetings;• Incorporate public feedback into the access management plan;• Analyse land use and growth trends;• Analyse economic development within the project area;• Analyse existing and future traffic conditions(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
