(1) Vendor needs to provide fall protection worker at heights training service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Agency is requesting a price quote to provide Worker at Heights Fall Protection Training for fiscal year 2026–2027.– Guidelines for how to recognize fall hazards and how to avoid them.– The use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, fall restraint systems, work positioning systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other fall protection systems– The correct procedures for selecting, erecting, maintaining, disassembling, and inspecting the fall protection systems– The limitations of equipment and systems mentioned above– The role of each employee in the safety monitoring system when this type of system is used– The correct procedures for the handling and storage of equipment and materials and the erection of overhead protection– The role of employees in fall protection plans.– Equipment selection, use, and inspection– Written exam not to exceed 20 minutes to verify employees’ understanding of the material(2) The contract period will be for one year.
