EXTRA-79079 - USA (Wake Forest, North Carolina) - Youth and Adult Athletics Service - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide youth and adult athletics service to the government authority located in Wake Forest, NC.• Provide youth baseball, youth softball, adult softball, and youth basketball leagues. – Contractor will represent and warrant that Contractor has obtained any necessary permits and paid all fees and taxes and is duly qualified to provide the services• The Contractor will provide trained and qualified sports officials for each game as specified by agency• The contractor will conduct background screenings for all officials on a yearly basis, which shall follow agency standards and make such records available for agency staff review upon request.• The Contractor shall appropriately train all officials prior to assigning them to games.Contractor must describe specific training required of both veteran and new officials on bid.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
