(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm system upgrade services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Fire alarm system consisting of individual fire alarm control panels per buildings and associated notification, detection, monitoring, and initiating devices.– The existing system includes multiple apartment buildings requiring coordinated fire alarm operation, notification, monitoring, and emergency response functionality.– Contractor shall verify existing conditions, document deficiencies, and provide recommendations necessary to bring the fire alarm system into compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
