Notice is hereby given that the governing board of Fresno Unified School DISTRICT will receive sealed responses for RFP # 27-08, Network Equipment for Internal Connections. This solicitation includes network switches and VoIP Phones. A MANDATORY Virtual Pre-proposal conference is scheduled Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Contractors interested in responding to this RFP must attend in order to have their proposal accepted as responsive. The virtual Pre-Proposal conference will be hosted via Microsoft Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware. Proposals will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on October 2, 2026 on Procureware, the DISTRICTs online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Proposals received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX) or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Fresno Unified School DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive any informality or irregularity in the RFP process. Copies of the RFP documents may be downloaded from Procureware at: https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Final questions regarding this RFP are to be submitted in Procureware. Questions must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. on September 18, 2026, to allow sufficient time for release of any final addendum prior to the RFP closing date and time. All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. Please refer to the RFP for details on equipment/services being requested and all requirements. NOTE that the service types "Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections" (BMIC) and "Managed Internal Broadband Services" (MIBS) are only as applicable with the Internal Connections solution proposed meeting the RFP requirements. The District is not soliciting separate bids for BMIC or MIBS. To ensure that all Service Providers receive the same RFP information, it is required that you download the RFP directly from USACs EPC website , Procureware, or from the link in the posted Form 470.
