(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology service management ServiceNow software – Plan, design, configure, test, deploy, document, and transition a cloud–based ServiceNow ITSM solution that replaces Cherwell.– Develop and maintain an integrated implementation schedule with milestones, dependencies, critical path, resource needs, and decision dates.– Maintain risk, issue, action, assumption, dependency, decision, defect, and change logs.– Provide weekly implementation status reports and participate in monthly executive or steering reviews and decision–gate reviews.– Conduct post–award workshops using –approved requirements, workflow inventories, catalog priorities, service owners, approval paths, queues, and service–level needs.– Validate requirements and document assumptions, decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and change–control thresholds.– Configure approved portal, incident, request, change, knowledge, catalog, routing, notification, reporting, access–control, environment, and audit capabilities included in the base requirements.– Configure approved identity and email–to–ticket capabilities, assignment groups, internal IT–to–IT routing, prioritized fulfillment workflows, and service–level controls.– Develop test plans, scripts, entry and exit criteria, and traceability for unit, system, integration, role/access, workflow, notification, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities– Develop cutover, rollback, readiness, communications–input, support–contact, and production–validation plans.– Conduct readiness reviews and obtain required approvals before production deployment.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
