Vendor needs to provide engineering services in support of a planned project to extend sanitary sewer service and improve existing system capacity in support of planned developments in the area to the government authority located in Buffalo, WV.(1) design and prepare construction drawings, bid specifications and bid documents, (2) assist in the acquisition of necessary permits and clearances (3) assist in the procurement of construction contracts (4) monitor and inspect construction activities to insure compliance with plans and specifications, (5) review and approve contractor's pay estimates and (6) any other services needed by the Sanitary Board for the successful implementation of the project.
