The County of San Mateo would like to engage the services of a strategic communications consultant who can work collaboratively to design innovative internal and external communications. The contrator/s that may result from this solicitation would be expected to develop: Situational analysis Stakeholder analysis Goal setting Tactics and implementation plan Other strategic communication tasks on an as-needed basis One or more contracts may be awarded from this solicitation. The results of this Request for Proposal may be used by County departments or may be piggybacked by other governmental entities.
