(1) Vendor needs to provide website refresh and modernization service using content management systems.– Website hosting, design, development and accessibility ideally working with public agencies and various content management systems.– To improve usability, navigation, accessibility and content management within the current platform wherever it is feasible.– To enhance and modernize its public–facing website and underlying content management system (CMS) to improve usability, accessibility, navigation, content management, performance and overall user experience, while maintaining and preserving effective existing content and functionality.– Provide professional web development, design and maintenance services. – Conduct a UX/UI audit to assess usability, navigation, and CMS feasibility. – Website goals and design direction.– CMS configuration and template development.– Hosting, security, and maintenance requirements.– Search functionality improvements.– Integration with district systems.– Improve usability and navigation.– Modernize the visual design.– Support mobile–responsive layouts.– Enhance access to information and services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
