AC Preventative Maintenance (PD, PAL Gym, Explorer Building)

The purpose of this Quotation is to establish a contract, for the maintenance of air-conditioning systems and ice machine as listed for the Homestead Police Department, Police Athletic League (PAL) Gym and Police Explorers Building. The Vendor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials (excluding AC filters), equipment, skills, tools, supervision, services and traffic control as necessary for the proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. It is requested that the Vendor quote fixed prices that will be guaranteed to the City of Homestead from Notice of Award through September 30, 2024. The Agreement may be renewed for up to 2 (two) additional one (1) year terms, on an annual basis, and subject to City budget requirements with the successful proposer upon mutual agreement with the City with no changes in terms and conditions.
