(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing services. 1. General marketing and communications:• Create original and repurposed content explaining services, eligibility or access points, events,opportunities, deadlines, and calls to action for job seekers and businesses.• Social media channels – content planning, copywriting, graphic or short–form asset creation, scheduling/posting, appropriate tagging, basic comment and message monitoring and escalation of service requests, complaints, or sensitive issues to staff.• Mass email communications – audience segmentation support, copy, design, links, and calls to action, testing, scheduling, distribution to approved lists and performance reporting for job seeker and business communications.• Print materials (flyers, brochures, rack cards) for agency to print on an as–needed basis regarding general agency services, specific program, business services.• Maintain an organized library of approved copy, templates, images, brand assets, source files, and published materials accessible to agency.• Develop an annual Year–In–Review including editorial planning, copywriting/editing, data visualization, layout/design, and preparation of digital and print–ready versions.2. Young adult outreach and engagement campaign: • A potential campaign may include young adult–centric social media, other forms of tech–based outreach, print or mailing campaigns, coordination with community–based partners to disseminate outreach materials, strategies for retaining young adult customers following initial inquiry, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
