EXTRA-75617 - USA (St. Louis, Missouri) - Operations and Maintenance Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide operations and maintenance services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Trash: sites are to be free of litter and loose debris and receptacles no more than capacity.– Landscape maintenance: landscape beds are to be free of weeds and litter, plants are to remain in healthy condition, free of damage.– Mowing: Litter is to be picked up before mowing.– Mower blades are to be sharp and cleaned to start each site.– Non–regular mowing:– Litter is to be picked up before mowing.– Vegetation management:– Mechanical (forestry cutter or similar) removal of all plant materials, both woody and herbaceous site to be left clear of vegetation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 25, 2026.
