(1) Vendor needs to provide fiduciary consultant service to the government authority located in Tahlequah, OK. • Consulting services to act as an advisor and fiduciary for the retirement plans, review and recommendation of investments, monitoring of investment performance, provide review and recommendations of retirement plans, negotiate and manage plan expenses and fees with vendors, and negotiate proposals with vendors• Promptly respond to questions from Nation staff• Assist in responses to vendor inquiries when appropriate• Review future retirement related proposals upon request.• Provide contract review and recommendations• Advise and support Committee on investment performance and selection
