(1) Vendor needs to provide land surveying services to the government authority located in Cooperstown, NY.• Permanent survey monuments shall be installed at all property line angle points.• Boundary lines shall be clearly marked and identifiable in the field.• Trees located along boundary lines shall be blazed at typical intervals of approximately 200 feet.• Survey maps shall clearly depict all property boundary information, monuments, bearings, distances, acreage calculations, and any encroachments, easements, or rights–of–way identified during the survey.• All survey work shall conform to applicable state laws, regulations, and professional surveying standards.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
