MEDI-7888 - USA (Pollok, Texas) - Podiatry Services - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide podiatry services to the government authority located in Pollok, TX.             – Services to be provided are for podiatry care within discipline licensure and scope of practice and practice within privileges granted as a courtesy member of the state supported center Medical Staff including but not limited to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of the foot, ankle, and lower extremity.• Contractor will: provide podiatric care including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of the foot, ankle and lower extremity. • Evaluate diagnostic studies and uses this information in the formulation of treatment. • Provide written findings based on assessment and recommendations which may include medication, lab, prevention or referral services to the appropriate venue for treatment if the care indicated is not within the scope of the individual practitioner or the resources of the agency. • Document by way of dictated notes or legible handwriting, all patient encounters related to assessments, rationale for treatment interventions and other related issues.• Medicaid/Medicare rates preferred but not required. • Provide podiatry services within discipline licensure and scope of practice and practice within privileges granted as a courtesy member of the agency Medical Staff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
