(1) Vendor needs to provide election night reporting web–based display solution.– Provide software is to have two (2) components: a Microsoft Windows based application for management and publication of election results and a web–based application for display of the same election results.– All content, data transfer and implementation tactics for the solution must be coordinated with and approved by the director of elections.– Current electronic voting system, specifically the election management system (EMS) provided by election systems and software election ware.– Solution must be compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 and must generate both a desktop–friendly and mobile–friendly results viewer interface for voters, media and the general public.– Results must be able to matriculate into the solution via a one–click or limited– click upload on election night directly from electronic reports that are exported from the election management system.– Results must be able to aggregate into specific categories for ballots cast on election day, ballots cast via mail–in or absentee balloting, and ballots cast using the provisional ballot process.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
