(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call external investigative services to the government authority located in California.– Investigative services related to ethics, equal opportunity, workplace conduct, and alleged violations of applicable laws, policies, rules, and procedures. Services may include fact–finding, policy–compliance assessments, investigative reports, mediation when appropriate, and support for hearings, depositions, or trial– Conduct timely, impartial, thorough, and well–documented investigations that provide relevant parties an appropriate opportunity to share information and respond to allegations– Develop objective findings of fact based on relevant and reasonably available evidence, applying the assigned standard of proof and applicable– Prepare clear, accurate, organized, and complete investigative reports– Protect confidential, privileged, personnel, and legally protected information, and provide qualified investigators who can explain and defend their investigative methods, findings, and conclusions when requested(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
