RFQ #WMARC-487 - HEAVY EQUIPMENT GLASS REPAIR AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Department of Waste Resources (DWR) is soliciting quotations for Heavy Equipment Glass Repair and Installation Services as detailed in this RFQ. DWR operates a wide range of heavy equipment including but not limited to: Bulldozers, Excavators, Long-reach Excavators, Backhoes, Mini Excavators, Loaders, and Grading and Compacting equipment that rely on timely replacement of windshields, cab glass, and other safety-critical glazing components. Heavy equipment glass damage occurs frequently due to the nature of field operations, exposure to debris, and continuous use in rugged terrain. To maintain safe working conditions, minimize equipment downtime, and support uninterrupted operation, the County requires a qualified bidder capable of providing on-site glass replacement, repairs, and access to OEM, NAGS-listed, and non-catalog glass. The County seeks to establish an agreement with the awarded bidder(s) to establish cost-effective pricing, quality material and labor, rapid response times and terms. The awarded bidder(s) will support DWR’s operational readiness by delivering dependable workmanship, compliant materials, and responsive field service throughout the agreement’s period of performance. 1.
