(1) Vendor needs to provide paid leave applicant assistance consultant service to the government authority located in Duluth, MN. – Provide one–on–one assistance to individuals applying for paid leave benefits, helping them understand the program, decide whether applying is right for their situation, and prepare an accurate and complete application.– Help applicants identify and ask the right questions of paid leave applicant support staff and assemble the information needed for appeals and incomplete applications so that applications with issues are resolved more quickly.– Develop and deliver group education sessions for individuals applying for paid leave benefits. sessions may include a mix of in–person and virtual delivery across the seven county’s region.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
