(1) Vendor needs to provide aquatic facilities maintenance management service to the government authority located in Decatur, GA. – The pre–season maintenance for pool must be completed and pass health inspection.– Aquatics maintenance capacity and safety.– Balance pool chemicals and maintain until operational.– Remove and Store rails, ladders, and backstroke flag poles.– Clean out hair and lint strainers.– Asset management and work order notification.– Water quality standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
