Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost allocation studies service to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating key factors such as technical methods, cost allocation procedures, and assumptions related to system usage and roadway characteristics, while also ensuring the study complies with constitutional requirements.– The review shall also highlight innings and provide practical recommendations to improve transparency, fairness, and consistency in the methodology. – Kick–Off Meeting: Successful Proposer shall coordinate a kick–off meeting with Agency within one week of Contract execution.• Project Control Document: Successful Proposer shall provide the project control document developed in the kick–off meeting to Agency for review and approval.• Meetings: Successful Proposer shall facilitate weekly meetings with the Agency and after each meeting successful Proposer shall provide meeting notes to the Agency that summarize key points and action items(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
