(1) Vendor needs to provide non–emergency ambulance services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide non–emergency, pre–scheduled ambulance services for patients of agency who need medical monitoring or stretcher support during transit, but do not face immediate, life–threatening emergencies.1. Core services:• Scheduled transfers: Moving patients from agency to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, medical facilities or private residences.• Routine treatments: Providing transport for recurring medical appointments, dialysis, chemotherapy, or specialized follow–up appointments.• Discharge support: Taking patients to agency safely after a hospital stay. 2. Vehicle and equipment standards• Basic Life Support (BLS): Maintaining fully equipped vehicles with oxygen, airway management tools, stretchers, and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). • Sanitation and Safety: Following strict vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and infection control protocols.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
