(1) Vendor needs to provide general consultant services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.• Full canine yearly examination.• All canine shots.• Surgery (routine or emergency).• Hospitalizations.• All medications needed as a result of a medical condition and surgical procedure.• All laboratory work.• Medication for the prevention of flea and tick infestation such as Frontline.• Flea and tick spray for residential homes and yards.• Shampoo and conditioner, unless needed for medical conditions.• Dog foods, prescription and non–prescription.• Shipping and handling of products.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
