Self-Service Fuel Operator Services

The Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport, (referred to hereafter as “BKV” or "Airport" or "County") is inviting bids from qualified firms interested in operating the BKV's self-service fuel pump for aviation fueling and dispensing services to Airport users for an initial term of five (5) years, with two (2) one (1) year options to renew, to be exercised at the Airport's sole discretion. While full-service AVGas is available through the Airport’s sole Fixed Base Operator, American Aviation, the BKV has established a self-service AvGas fuel facility to expand the options available for aviation fuel to users of the Airport such as private owners, business owners, flight trainers, and those renting aircraft. The Airports self-service fuel system consisting of the following: One (1) 12,000 gallon above-ground storage tank and associated plumbing, One (1) self-service point-of-sale kiosk, One (1) self-service pump with associated hose, reel, and grounding cable, and One (1) 320 square yard concrete pad.
