The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of Columbia Street Sidewalk Improvements to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to mobilization, maintenance of traffic (vehicular and pedestrian), street closures, sidewalk and curb demolition and replacement, handicap ramp installation, pavement , tree root work, tree removal, stump removal, adjusting utility castings, adjusting/replacing drainage basins, and all other work necessary to repair existing sidewalk.
