(1) Vendor needs to provide coordinated specialty care services to the government authority located in Woodland, CA.– Performs behavioural health care funding to prioritize services for people with the most significant mental health needs while adding the treatment of substance use disorders (SUD), expanding housing interventions, and increasing the behavioural health workforce.– Services shall focus on early identification, rapid engagement in treatment, and recovery–oriented supports to prevent serious mental illness from becoming severe and disabling.– Reduce disparities in behavioural health access and outcomes among underserved populations. – Conduct outreach activities designed to identify individuals experiencing early signs of psychosis and increase awareness of early psychosis symptoms among community partners.– Psychiatric evaluation and medication management. – Recovery–oriented psychotherapy (including CBT for psychosis). – Family psychoeducation and support. – Supported employment and supported education services. – Peer support services. – Case management and care coordination. – Coordination with primary care providers.– Crisis planning and relapse prevention.
