(1) Vendor needs to provide IT services to the government authority located in Jamestown, NY. – Provide services for Help Desk, Maintenance and support of current hardware and software: Remote Monitoring; Maintain and manage support contracts, renewals, and upgrades; and make recommendations and provide pricing for new equipment, software, upgrades when needed.– Provide Help Desk Services• 24/7 Real time trouble shooting & remediation • US Based agents • Call Center – In house (not outsourced) • HDI Certified • Agents – Minimum CompTIA A+ certification– Maintenance of current equipment/software– Remote Monitoring• Network Operations Center Engineers have a minimum certification of:• CompTIA Network+• Server+– Maintenance and Management of Support Contract, Renewals, Upgrades.– Make any recommendations for new equipment, software, upgrades that you feel will need to beaddressed within next 4 years.– Assessment – Assessment of the current state of hardware and software at each site given the scope of work requested and any additional considerations not addressed herein.– Support and maintenance schedule – both onsite and offsite.(2) The Letter of intent must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.
