(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health service for co–located service to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.      – These services represent the highest priority needs identified through agency and regional data, stakeholder engagement, and service gap analysis.– Financial management systems capable of tracking expenditures by funding source, including across co–located or partner entities.– Identification of Medicaid–billable and non–billable service areas.– Behavioral health assessment and treatment planning.– Telehealth–enabled crisis access.– Financial sustainability and reimbursement plan.– Billing and reimbursement strategy.– Tutoring and academic support.– Medicaid–reimbursable services.– Case management and care coordination.– Psychiatric services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 17, 2026.
