(1) Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX. – Provide moving services for office, classroom, and department furniture, materials, records, appliances, and equipment typically found in a professional setting. – Moves may occur from multiple buildings across current agency campuses and other agency–owned facilities located throughout the agency area, including, the locations shown on the map.• Furniture, materials, equipment and records furniture includes:– Standalone office furniture: Desks, chairs, bookcases, filing cabinets, display cabinets, etc.– Conference and lobby furniture: Tables, chairs, display cabinets, etc.– Modular systems furniture: Office furniture that typically requires assembly of partitions, desks, overhead bins, file cabinets, etc.– Wall hangings: Artwork, photographs, whiteboards, corkboards, etc.– Classroom furniture and equipment: Desks, chairs, equipment, supplies, etc.– Athletic equipment and supplies: Weight room equipment, athletics supplies and equipment, office furniture, etc. – Automotive equipment: Car lifts, tire changer, parts washer, air compressor, tool boxes, and hand tools, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
