WRT-4136 - USA (Lansing, Michigan) - Grant Writing and Proposal Development Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing and proposal development services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.– Independent grant professionals to establish a nonexclusive pool for grant writing and proposal development services. – Services may include grant opportunity research, proposal planning, grant writing, editing, technical and compliance review, and related support for local, state, federal, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities. Selection does not guarantee a minimum amount of work or expenditure.• Assessing alignment with sponsor eligibility requirements, program priorities, funding objectives, and institutional readiness. • Reviewing funding announcements, notices of funding opportunity, sponsor guidance, forms, application instructions, and evaluation criteria. • Developing proposal schedules, content plans, compliance checklists, and information–request lists. • Drafting, organizing, editing, and revising proposal narratives. • Identifying data, evidence, research, best practices, or supporting documentation needed to strengthen a proposal. • Reviewing draft applications for completeness, clarity, responsiveness, and sponsor compliance.
