(1) Vendor needs to provide park and recreation business management system.– Provide, implement, configure, host, maintain, and support a comprehensive cloud–based Park and Recreation Business Management System.– Provide all software, professional services, project management, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, training, deployment, hosting, maintenance and support necessary to successfully implement and operate the proposed Recreation Business Management System.• Centralized management of individual, household/family and organizational customer accounts. • Customer contact and demographic information, family relationships, residency status, account notes, alerts, documents, photographs and tags. • Creation, editing, copying, scheduling, publication and cancellation of programs and activities. • Management of program dates, registration periods, descriptions, facilities, enrolment capacity, age requirements, attendance fees and unique identifiers. • Online enrolment, waitlists, resident/non–resident pricing, senior pricing, membership pricing, discounts, scholarships, waivers, electronic signatures and customized registration questions. • Automated schedule generation, field/court availability and conflict identification. • Standings, brackets, scores, statistics, public schedules, calendar subscriptions, waivers and electronic signatures. • Email/text communications and mobile capabilities for schedules, notifications, scores and team information where available.
