The County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney – Public Administrator is requesting competitive bids from qualified companies (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”) for Courier, Pick-Up, and Delivery Services. The awarded Contract will be between the County and awarded Bidder in accordance with the Model Contract General Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, and Pricing and Compensation/Payment.
