(1) Vendor needs to provide AV editing infrastructure solution including recordings on the field and in the TV Studio, require edited video products.– Provide 4 reliable, high–performance edit suites suitable for broadcast production.– Provide a resilient server–based ingest system capable of creating media that can be edited while recording or transfer is still in progress– Ensure reliable processing, exchange, and delivery of MXF media files.– Integrate with the organization’s existing broadcast, IT, network, monitoring, archive, audio, and delivery environments.– The supplier shall provide a centralized ingest system capable of recording incoming broadcast sources (12 channels simultaneous) directly to shared production storage.– Record multiple video/ audio channels simultaneously– Support scheduled, manual, and crash recording– Provide confidence monitoring of each recording channel– Allow repeated playback and scrubbing without interrupting ingest– Maintain stable audio/video synchronization– Preserve continuous and correct timecode(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
