(1) Vendor needs to provide printing services to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, MI.– Provide commercial printing services to support internal operations, public communications, outreach, compliance activities, public meetings, and emergency communications across multiple county departments, offices, and elected officials.– Provide on–call commercial printing services, including standard print materials, small–format and large–format materials, finishing, delivery, and mailing services.– Printing the following types of materials:– Flyers and handouts– Brochures (bi–fold, tri–fold, multi–panel)– Posters and signage– Reports, booklets, and manuals– Fact sheets and inserts– Forms (single–page and multi–page)– Newsletters– Postcards and mailers– Training materials and presentations– Internal notices and informational materials (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
