(1) Vendor needs to provide affected properties program services to the government authority located in Council Bluffs, IA.• Responsible for daily clean–up on the job site as well as clean–up for the clearance testing.• Removing lead–contaminated protective clothing before exiting the worksite;• Covering furniture and shrubs with poly sheating• Wrapping debris in poly sheating before disposal• Sealing doorways with two flaps of poly sheating;(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
