(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study services to the government authority located in Walnut Creek, CA.• Asset scan of twelve viable shared mobility hubs in the county.• Conduct public outreach with community residents, businesses, and organizational stakeholders proximate to potential mobility hubs.• Conduct market sounding, to gauge potential private sector participation and investment.• Evaluate the feasibility of, and prepare recommendations for, various mobility hub business models.• Preparing and presenting a final feasibility report to the agency.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
