Existing qualified Suppliers, who have been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for 2-3 stays in hotel or motel accommodations per year in the Borrego Springs, California area over the next 3-5 years. Accommodations will be required for an estimated 31 personnel with a variety of check in and check out dates over the course of two months, with individual stays estimated to last between 12 days and 35 days. Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose bids (arrangements) have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these services, a Request for Proposal will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders and will include a technical and financial evaluation. Multiple contracts may be awarded to separate suppliers under RFPs resulting from this Supply Arrangement in the event that a single supplier cannot fully meet the requirement. The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from the date of issue to 31 March 2027.
