(1) Vendor needs to provide oral health improving services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.– Provide services, and provide education on the benefits of evidenced–based preventive dental services via a school–based preventive services program to high–risk students and to collect data to enhance dental services in underserved areas.– Preventive dental services, which may include an oral health screening, a prophylaxis, application of fluoride varnish, placement of dental sealants, and a referral to a dental home if after–care is required.
