Description

The project as more fully described in the attached plans, includes construction of 6-inch and 4-inch PVC reclaimed water main from the intersection of 28th Street and Alamanda Drive through an existing neighborhood with streets named Meadow Lake Drive, Pine Breeze Drive, and Cloveridge Court, and construct individual services to each of the 83 properties, including adding residential double check backflow preventers within the existing potable water meter boxes at each property. Also construct an extension of this reclaimed main crossing Roberts Rd to Sunset View Drive to replace the potable water backflow protector supplying the existing central irrigation system of the Woodbrdige Lakes neighborhood. All streets are public right-of-ways owned and maintained by the City of Edgewater.
