(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting, implementation, maintenance, migration and digital platform services using content management system. • The website shall establish a unified digital presence for preserving the unique identity of each cultural destination.• Provide a scalable platform that supports future growth, third–party integration, and evolving business needs.• Improve content management by enabling authorized City staff to efficiently create, update, and manage website content.• Support tourism and increase public engagement through an intuitive, mobile friendly digital experience.• Develop a website strategy and information architecture.• User–friendly Content Management System (CMS) with role–based permissions.• Website shall comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines A(WCAG) 2.2 Level AA• Document and media management capabilities.• Search engine optimization (SEO) tools.• Integration with Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platform.• Secure portals for authorized users, including board members and approved partner organizations.• Hosting requirements and available hosting options.• Migrated website content and digital assets identified by the city.• Website strategy, sitemap, and information architecture.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 19, 2026.
