TRANSPORT-11954 - USA (Asheville, North Carolina) - 24x7x365 Police Towing and Vehicle Evidence Storage Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 police towing and vehicle evidence storage services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.– Provide 24/7/365, consistent, safe, and secure transportation, towing, and storage of vehicles as evidence for the agency. – Contractor must be able to dispatch, respond promptly, secure, and manage evidence from scenes. – The contractor must be operational twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week, and three hundred sixty–five (365) days a year. – Calls for services shall not go unanswered.• A 24/7/365 alarm system and recorded security camera coverage are required in all storage areas where evidentiary vehicles are maintained. • Indoor and outdoor storage capabilities are required.• The storage lots must be sufficient to store evidentiary vehicles for an indefinite period in addition to all other vehicles stored on the premises.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
