(1) Vendor needs to provide legislative consulting services to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA. – To provide consulting/lobbying services for or on behalf of agency regarding state legislation, funding, and any programs sponsored by or relating to governmental relations.– To provide at a minimum the following state lobbying, consulting, and representation services. – All services shall be performed in a timely, proactive, and highly responsive manner, with consistent communication and strategic engagement.• Strategic Legislative Support • Representation and Advocacy • Issue Monitoring Legislative Action • Additional Services • Coalition Building (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
