(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in North Bend, OR.– Empty trash wastebaskets and shredder when full.– Vacuum all traffic areas, including halls and aisleways.– Spot clean carpet stains.– Clean reception area including vacuuming, cleaning tables, reception counter, and desks.– Clean all entrance doors and glass doors, including glass partitions in office, trim molding, thresholds, and handles.– Sweep and damp mop hard surface floor in breakroom with pH neutral cleaner.– Clean and sanitize restrooms including polishing chrome and stainless steel, removing trash, mopping vinyl floors, and restocking all restroom supplies.– Vacuum all carpet, including corners edges and under desks.– Wipe down chair arms, legs, and vacuum upholstered furniture.– Pressure wash sidewalks around building.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) A pre–bid tour will be held on July 27, 2026.
