QUALITY-3038 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Sweat Patch and Hair Drug Testing Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sweat patch and hair drug testing services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.• To fulfill this responsibility, the vendor will deliver comprehensive testing administration and case management services, including:1. Application and removal of testing materials2. Data collection, management, and reporting3. Supplies management and replacements4. Training and education for agency staff, as required• Vendor must participate in both internal and external proficiency testing programs relevant to confirmation testing.• Vendor must maintain a documented, secure chain of custody process from the time a specimen is received through final reporting and retention.• Vendor must maintain adequate liability insurance, including professional liability and general liability coverage, and provide proof upon request.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
